Hi, I’m Lindsay! I’m glad you found me here. As a Christian therapist and coach, I am deeply committed to guiding individuals on their journey towards spiritual growth, personal development, and living out their faith with authenticity and purpose.
With over 10 years of experience, I offer a blend of biblical wisdom, prayerful discernment, and practical coaching techniques to empower clients to align their lives with their Christian values and beliefs.
Whether navigating life transitions and family relationships, seeking clarity in decision-making, or deepening their relationship with God, I provide compassionate support, accountability, and encouragement every step of the way. Rooted in the truth and grace of Christ, I am dedicated to helping clients discover their unique calling, overcome obstacles, and experience abundant life in accordance with God's plan for them.
In my personal life, I live in Costa Mesa with my husband and our two young children. When I’m not providing therapy or chasing my kids, I love curling up with a good book or enjoying a walk with a friend.
My offices are located at The Waters in Costa Mesa on Bristol. Meetings with me are easily accessible from the 405 freeway. I also provide telehealth sessions for clients located in California.
Use the contact button below to find out if therapy with me is a good fit!
**I offer in-person and telehealth options depending on your personal preference.**
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
